Favorite Poses for Couples

Couple sessions are all about capturing the connection and love you share. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone like an engagement or anniversary or just want some sweet memories together, the right poses can bring out your personalities and highlight your bond. Here are some of my favorite poses for couples that create magic every time:

1. Walking Together

This pose is a classic for a reason—it’s natural, playful, and full of movement. Whether you’re holding hands, wrapping an arm around each other, or just strolling side by side, walking shots give your session a laid-back and romantic feel. Want to add a little fun? Try looking at each other and laughing, or do a quick twirl for some extra flair!

2. Thumb-to-Chin Kiss

This pose is such an intimate and tender moment to capture. One of you gently lifts the other’s chin with your thumb, bringing them in close for a kiss. It’s romantic, sweet, and perfect for those close-up, frame-worthy shots. Plus, it highlights the genuine connection between you two.

3. The Dip

Ready to bring a little drama? The dip is always a crowd-pleaser. Whether it’s a full-on ballroom-style dip or a softer, casual version, this pose screams romance. Bonus points if it’s paired with a kiss or a big laugh!

4. Wrapped up together

For this pose, simply hold each other close. You can have one of you wrap your arms tightly around the other from behind, or both wrapped up from the side. Whatever you choose, just get close to each other and enjoy being in each other's arms.

5. Candid Laughter

Sometimes, the best shots happen in the in-between moments—when you’re joking around or laughing together. I’ll help create a relaxed vibe during your session so these candid moments come naturally.
